Can someone help? I’m new to this app, but I’ve had Plex for a while. For some reason, since yesterday, I haven’t been able to access any of my Plex content. My playlists aren’t showing up, my On Deck is gone and I can’t even do a search and find them, all I see is a bunch of random weird movies that I’ve never watched. Help!
Have you made sure the device is still logged into your Plex account? If you’re only seeing movies you don’t recognize it sounds like you may no longer be connected to your own system and are only seeing content from the Plex ad-supported movies and TV content.
