HI ALL
I have 3 days worth of TV shows in a playlist and am trying to cast the full list from a chrome web client to my chromecast, It works perfectly but after 6 - 7 episodes its just stays on the playing next screen and the 15 second counter never starts and the next episode does not auto play.
What i am trying to do: play the full 3 days worth of tv 24/7

So after some more searching i found this description for Post-Play:
“If videos have been playing without user intervention for more than two hours, and the video that just completed is > 20 minutes in length. In this case, the Up Next item will still be shown and selected such that a single click plays it.”
I understand this behavior if you are just watching a season but this should not apply to a playlist should it? i mean a play list implies your going to play the full list…
Is there no way of disabling this? as it would be great for kids, people who like the tv on when sleeping or trying to do what i am.
Can anyone tell me what control’s the 2 hour timer? Is it the server or clien?, thinking i can use cheat engine or somthing to scan for the timers memory address value as it increases and then just freez it or set it to a static of 0 as i cannot for the life of me work out a way to disable this.

That time limit is hard coded into PMS. You are correct that the time limit should not apply when using a playlist. Once the video started playing, click on the repeat icon in the Plex Web player. It might need that to override the time limit.
@MovieFan.Plex - thanks for the reply, i have been told to try that but i cannot locat the “repeat icon” once the playlist starts.
