PlayOn MP4s Not Playing

I’m very new to all of this. I use PlayOn Cloud to record programs in the cloud. I have 1.5 Mb DSL at our place so it’s best to have video recorded in the cloud and then download at night. I recently purchased a Synology 218+ and have installed Plex Media Server. I manually move the downloaded MP4 files to Plex folders on the 218+. They show up just fine and play without a problem on all Plex clients on my Xbox One and iPad. The do NOT play on my Apple TV. When I click on the play button, nothing at all happens. No error message, no nothing. What’s different about the Apple TV that it won’t play like the other devices?

Thanks!

When I click View XML, a new window opens but nothing is displayed.

I’ll get a .zip file in a few hours.

You must be using Safari, right?
Do a CTRL-click on the seemingly empty white page and ‘view source code’

I hope this is all here.

Okay, this is weird. On the Plex Client on my ATV, I was trying to run settings by swiping the remote to the left. The side menu pops up and selecting settings does nothing. I tried several other items on the menu like TV Shows and also nothing. After selecting a few things that do work, I went back to TV Shows. I selected one from there and it played. Up until this point, I was selecting TV shows that were listed above Plex on the ATV main menu. They didn’t work from there but seem to be working fine this way. I see there’s a server update for the Synology. I’m going to do that and see what shakes out. Thank you for your help.
