so as usual it is probably something ive not or should have done
Ive a 4k fire stick
What ever I play it gets to the ads plays 2 adverts then advertises plex over the 3rd and just then stops
Have to go to hamburger on the lower right and restart the movie/tv show and then fast forward to where I left off
Any help appreciated
Thanks to the guy for the link as to how to sign up / sign in as that was causing me some grief

I’m getting a similar experience. Ad playback is hit and miss either with delays or no video but audio is ok. Then it gets stuck on Ad3 of 3.
My hardware is AppleTV 3rd Gen.
