Hello, I’m working with Plex over more than 3 years now.
Never had any problems untill last week. I’m connecting from my pc to my PS3.
But suddenly the PS3 can’t find the server anymore for some reason.
Can somebody help me with this problem? check my logs. Ty in advance!

hmm. Gonna need more info. In your settings, what does your server say? Green status and good or what? Make sure you have the correct ports open. Looking at some parts of the logs, I keep seeing XML parsing errors and then server closing connections. I mean its sort of hard to tell without more info rn
Hmm so there’s a couple things you could try. First is, make sure they’re on the same network, because as you can see, you don’t have access to the server outside of your home/local network. Also, you could remove the ps3 that is linked from your account and try to re-establish that link (the process like when you have to go to the url and link the device to your account). So try that stuff and lmk.
the first step about being on the same network. They are both on the same network since there is only one in the house. The second step about re-linking the ps3 with Plex-Pc didn’t work. I already tried this for more than 10 times…
Hmm we need to narrow down the trouble shooting area. We need to try to see if it’s a server problem or ps3 problem. See if the ps3 is discoverable on ur network and try another device that isn’t connected to the server and see if the device is able to find/discover the server. Can just remove the device from ur acc and re-add. If that device is able to find the server then we can say it’s the ps3 problem and not server.
