Plex app on PS3 - "No media servers found"

I usually get an error in the Plex app on my PS3, “No media servers found”. Occasionally it works. I have followed all the instructions here: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/204604227, to no avail. My PS3 and PC (running Plex Media Server) are on the same network and both are connected by wifi. My Plex Media Server is signed in.

Also, DLNA on PS3 to my Plex media server always works, but has its own problems (e.g. skipping forward and rewind backward really work).

What else can I try to get the Plex app working?

I’m in the same boat. I can assign a new pin, my PS4 says “Nice. You’re almost done.” Next screen tells me no media servers found.

At this time, I will not be renewing my Premium membership not just over this but the horrible new interface for Roku…
