My plex server does not work on PlayStation 4 if it is via cable, if I change the internet connection from Ps4 to Wifi it recognizes the plex server normally, I already tried everything, can anybody help me?

This sounds like a network issue. The wire from your PS4, is it directly connected to the same router that is handing out Wifi? I assume it is, most people use it like that. If so, do you have any other device between your PS4 and your router? For example a switch or hub?
Yes, it is connected to the same router that distributes the Wifi, I have only one device router, which is also a modem, so summarizing the ps4 this is connected to the router.
An important fact that I forgot to mention, I have a smart tv from LG too, which also works via normal wifi but by the cable of a message: Could not connect to “server name”
