Playstation 4 player transcoded video without picture

Server Version#: 1.19.3.2843
Player Version#: 4.29.5

Transcoding to the following resolution there is no picture only audio: 1080p any bitrate, 328p, 240p.
Transcoding to 720p, 480p, there is no problem.

Server CPU: Atom x5-Z8350 (Intel Graphics HD)

If I turn off the " Use hardware-accelerated video encoding" then there is no problem with any resolution.
