I love the feature in VLC that lets you crop a movie to 16:9. I love Plex and use my plex app on an AppleTV and would love to fill my 75" TV to the max and get rid of the black bars. I feel it enhances the image, especially in dark room and dark scenes when you don’t have ink black bars as a reference. I don’t mid the trade of loosing pixels.
