Adding additional settings on the show level, that would allow user to set language and subtitle preference on a per show basis in addition to the global server setting. I have shows that while they do contain my first language choice for audio I prefer to watch them in a foreign language with subtitles. Example would be animation that has original voice cast and dubbed versions.
