Please add DATE and TIME to Plex update log

It would be useful to know what date and time the update happened if a user needs to downgrade their version of Plex Server. The simplest way to download an older version is with version and date information in this log.

The log is located here on macOS

/Users/uname/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/update-log.txt

Each Plex log contains date/time stamps inside.
Also, there is the date/time stamp of the log file itself.
