Not being able to manage downloads for a show or season and base it on watched episodes is making plex far less useful than it used to be. I always have shows that are airing that I would like to have synced to my tablet for travelling and now its such a manual process. The shows and movies are not managed well in the downloads folder either. Throwing all downloads into a single folder that is not organized is not helpful. Please restore functionality that has been useful and fantastic for years!

The “1/3/5 unwatched episodes” setting was great.
Managing downloads is far less user friendly than it once was. I’m also not a fan of having the downloads tab hidden behind clicking the profile pic. (Especially in offline mode…seems downloads would be a sensible default).
I accidentally queued a large season for DL. Undoing this error was a huge pain - no bulk delete and confirming every single cancellation was tedious.

Are you kidding? Didn’t know that “new experience” means “bad experience”. This was such a killer feature in the past. Unutterable accommodating watching series at home and before leaving the house open the app and get the fresh unseen episodes.
I was hoping that this also comes for movies - remove watched items - but now I am sorrowful. Offline management by hand feels like having an USB drive with media files in the pocket and watch from there with VLC.
I only use this feature when traveling, but it’s very important me to keep this function.
I don’t want to spend my vacation time manually downloading episodes and then later deleting my watched episodes.
It’s not just the physical time this takes, but it also fills my brain with “chores” and To Do lists I an on vacation to get away from in the first place…
