I’m having a problem playing back my content, I’m new to the Plex community and need help. I have: Mac mini (Late 2012) running macOS High Sierra and the only thing on my computer is Plex. I can’t get it to play my movies. The only thing I’ve done latley was updated Plex and reset my computer. Can someone please help or point me in the right direction to getting this issue resolved?

Open the web app app.plex.tv
then take a look at the Plex media info of the item in question.
Take a look at where Plex is expecting the media file to find.
Now see if you can find the media file using Finder at this exact location.

Media files must remain at the same drive / folder / file name they had when they were ingested into Plex.

I just checked and everything is in the same place. I haven’t touched or renamed anything.
