I recently installed Plex on my Mac but when I try to open a file from Music, and maybe other categories I haven" tried,
I get this message:
“Please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted.”
Anyone’s help will be appreciated.
Call up the Plex media info of this track/video
and verify that this file is still accessible under this address/share name/volume name/folder name/filename.
My local drive media shows in Plex . but every time I try to play a file get the message( I know the file exists since I can play on my Mac using iTunes:
“Please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted.”
