Unfortunately not.

So to save me from having to look at every movie to see if something is missing or different, when did this change take place? I think I could search by file date to get an idea where to look.
And on a completely different topic, are there any codes similar to {edition-} that can be added to the file name. I am currently using the edition tag to tell me where the movie came from. Like recorded from TiVo or DVD or BDR or “totally legal, public domain download”.
Simply refresh the library as a whole.
No.
And take a chance?
OK.
I guess she’s doing something, the page seems kind of frozen.
I closed and re-opened the tab.
I can see the “wheels of death” as it gets stuff in the notification drop-down.
The browser tab has nothing to do with the server as such. You can even close the browser completely.
Sorry, I don’t know what you mean here.
Let it process the request until it’s finished. i.e. don’t shut down the server machine. If it’s on Windows or MacOS, don’t log off from your user account and don’t let it change into sleep mode.
Wheels of Death

I have 3 Synologys. One for movies, one TV, and one for music.
The music is new. I’m moving from iTunes. I really like the Plex Amp app.
It just finished.
I looks like only “multi-editions” movies were affected. They both have the same artwork, which annoys me.
But being the same, they will be easy to find and correct.
It looks like the library survived.
I only spotted one that was out and out wrong.
The rest were different editions (DVD vs BDR) that had the same art repeated.
Thanks for the help.
Moving forward, any time you change a poster you can follow the guide at https://support.plex.tv/articles/200220677-local-media-assets-movies/ and save it to the same folder as the movie. That way in the future if you need to rebuild/reload the movie it keeps the poster you want.
I usually use one of the “built in” posters but there are times that I have grabbed a poster from the internet with the “add as link” function. I have very few, hand made, custom posters.
I just can’t stand the same poster next to each other. I will change one of them.
