Please help with LiveTV on Amazon FireTV stick

My Server Version is 1.20.1.3252 and it is run on a QNAP NAS.

I can’t get LiveTV to work on my Amazon FireTV stick, but it works on my Android Phone and web browser? I just purchased a second FireTV because I couldn’t get it to work on my older one and I thought that the problem might be that my FireTV stick was too old. I tried everything I can think of. I cleared cache on the App and also removed it and re-installed it with no luck. When I go to the LiveTV/DVR selection it says “No Items to Display”. I don’t even get the guide.

I downloaded the Logs under “Trouble Shooting”, but there are so many and they are in XML format so I don’t have any idea which one to look in or what I am looking for. Can someone please help?

I get this error in my Plex Console when I switch the Plex App on the FireTV stick to LiveTV:
