Does no one at Plex test these updates before sending out. Lately, little issues creeping in here and there, and features, like list mode being dropped, not all good improvements in my opinion.

I put the Player Version as 8.7.1, though this began happening since the version 8.7 update. The issue is as the title says, the Plex app crashes, seemingly at random, while watching videos in Picture-in-Picture mode on my 11-inch iPad Pro 2020, which is currently on iOS 15.6. The battery drain is one I have, but if I leave it plugged in for some background sounds it still gets really hot. And PiP and background play means switching apps to check a chat message or something usually crashes Plex in a few seconds.
