Player Version#: Plex for Samsung 3.109.2 / Tizen 2.4.0

I tried the following in trouble shooting:
Direct Stream = Seems to be fine no freezing
Transcoding = Seems to be fine no freezing
Direct Play = Freezing need to exit and start video again, or wait a while the screen will go black say buffering and start again. This did not happen before the latest app update.
I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it as well. Also unplug the TV to clear cache same issue.
