Plex 4K with Samsung Q60 TV

Cannot get 4K movie to direct play or direct stream to Samsung 4K Q60 without frequent buffering. Have spent hours searching for solution with no help. Copied movie to usb stick, plugged into tv, plays perfectly. Transcoding video set to off, subtitles set to manual and not selected. I think it’s an audio issue but at this stage I’m thoroughly confused and about to give up on Plex.

All I’m using Plex for is streaming video from my PC to my tv over a 1 Gbps powerline.

I will greatly appreciate any help.
