I have also been experiencing the same issues on my LG TV, since +4 days (approx.) ago now?
Prior to the issue I had not touched any settings on my tv, server setup, ISP/Modem.
I can still connect to Plex on my phone, on the same wireless network.
I can still connect via XPLAY on the same TV/device + wireless network.
I am given the same -202 errorcode on my TV after the PLEX logo splash, with no option of changing any settings.
I have confirmed the time+date is working and correct,
Re-downloading the app doesn’t help the issue.
Using cloudfare/google dns doesn’t help the issue.
Re-starting server etc., doesn’t help the issue.
It is 100% related to the Plex-for-LG-WebOSness-of-it-all.
I have tried most of the tricks in here. I have a backup (newer) modem from my ISP laying next to me, I could give a fresh install and try out, but why whould that be where the issue is? (It’s 100% not american setup, and not even sure what Shaw/infinity setup is like, or if comparable to the rest of us)
