Hello Plex Support Team,
My Plex account appears to be affected by a backend cloud profile corruption. I can authenticate successfully, but none of the cloud-profile endpoints load.
Symptoms:
• app.plex.tv → “No content available”
• plex.tv/web → “No content available”
• plex.tv/account → 404 every time
• Multiple devices, browsers, and networks show the same issue
• Even my phone on cellular data shows “No content available”
• Password reset did not fix it
• The Plex support portal also returns 404 when I am logged in, so I cannot submit a normal support ticket
My Plex account email is visible in my forum profile if needed.
I found a similar case here on the forums where Plex staff (Atomatth) resolved the issue by removing a stale ProcessedMachineIdentifier from the backend so the cloud profile could rebuild. My symptoms match that case exactly.
This appears to be the same failure mode. Could you please remove any stale or corrupted identity objects associated with my account and rebuild my cloud profile?
