None of the Plex on-line content shows up on my home screen, when logged in. “Content Unavailable” and I get an “There was an error retrieving content” when I click Retry. Plex generated log zip file attached. Is there something I need to flush, reset, etc.

Ad Block and Chrome remote desktop
Turning off Ad Block had no effect. I will mention that when I am not logged in, my local stuff disappears (as it should), and the on-line stuff loads with the poster art, as normal. After I log in, my stuff appears, and the on-line sections fail to retrieve data. The “What’s this?” click on the right of the blank rows informs me, “The content provider is working normally, but did not return content. The content may no longer be available.” When I access Plex via my Android TV, all appears as normal. It seems obvious the problem is local to the PC, but I have no idea what to try, short of a re-install. I don’t want to have to do that. I have cleaned the Chrome cache recently. The behavior on the latest version of Microsoft Edge is identical to Chrome.
