Trying to fix plex issue, made it worse - help

Server Version#: 4.125.1

I use plex on chrome (windows 10, PC) and on my iphone through the app. I’ve been using plex for more than 10 years and I’ve never had these issues.

I noticed that my whole collection wasn’t showing up on the app. only about 50 movies are shown to me. But on my computer, everything was fine. Someone suggested that I log out of my app and restart everything so I did. I had to change my password because I forgot it which signed me out of the web server as well. Now, I’m getting a “no content available” message or “not authorized” when I click on movies/tv shows.

Log out of the web app,
refresh it in the web browser,
then log in again, using your new password. https://support.plex.tv/articles/200933616-plex-account/

If you then still have no access to your server, you’ll have to claim your server again, using your new password.
