Hi at all,
PMS is on a wired fibre connection. When I watch remotely on my Fire TV Stick, it stutters and buffers constantly on orignal quality (about 2-3 MBit/s HEVC). But when I transcode it to 22,5 MBit/s it works like a charm. So it is NOT a bandwidth problem.
What in the world could that be?
