I paid for the one time activation on Windows and android I’ve been using plex for just over a month with no issues now when I try to play any files plex is asking me to activate again and locking playback to 1 minute could anyone please shed some light on why this is happening?
It is asking on which client?

I thought it was both windows and android but it just seems to be the windows 10 app asking to be activated again
And are you signed into the Microsoft app store with the same Microsoft account you used on the other computer?
Yup nothing’s changed I’ve just double checked I’m signed in on plex and the app store
Just to clarify I run the plex server from my shield tv and use plex client on my windows 10 laptop I’ve paid for activation on android and windows Its the same laptop I’ve always used for the plex client nothing has been changed
So not even a Windows “refresh installation” or anything else?
Didn’t think of reinstalling the app it’s worked it’s now activated again thanks for all your help
