Plex activity watched incomplete

I noticed not all home-users are displayed in the activity tab, the watchlisted status is displayed but the watched status is not.
Any Ideas?

Could it be those users opted to keep that data private?

You can have different preferences for both when configuring the data privacy in your profile.
