Hi so I have a movie library using the plex legacy agent, and its no longer fetching any extras, only just a trailer and that’s it. It used to have it but when I do refreshes of the metadata, they just disappear. I have “find trailers and extras autmoatically” checked on and “skip extras which aren’t trailers” checked off. Does anyone know how to fix this?
