Plex Album View Locks up GUI

When I go to load a new music album on my Plex, the whole GUI locks up. Sometimes it comes back to live and sometimes it makes me reload my Plex Media Player on my Mac. Is anyone else seeing this?

Every time I open an album, the Plex UI locks up on both the Mac App and in the Browser with Chrome.

Media Player: 3.83.1
Server: 1.15.2.793

Anyone else?

Hi @wingcomm! I have not been able to reproduce this issue on the latest update (2.30.1). Can you please update PMP and, if you still see the issue, share some logs from both the app and the server so we can look for clues as to what could be happening? Thanks!

I’m still experiencing the issue with 2.30.1 (Player 3.83.2).

I addition to the client logs, what specific server logs would you like?

bump @pcalves, could you let me know what logs would be best to send along? PMP and Clients have been updated to the latest versions and are still exhibiting this issue.
