Profile images and actors are not displayed on the 4K firestick

I’m having a problem with the Plex client used in the 4K firestick. The images of the actors and profiles are not being presented. On iPhone and iPad it’s working normally.

We are aware and looking into it but not found cause and fix yet. I’m going to close this since there is already a topic about this issue.
