This worked for me. I had uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. Only deleted the APPDATA folder fixed it. Thanks!

Having same issue on mac os. I’ve deleted and reinstalled plexamp with no luck. I assume to uninstall all you need to do is go to the Applications directory and delete plexamp. It just comes up with a blank screen and nothing happens when you type in the search area. The only possible error I see in the logfile is ā€œ[CompanionPlayer] We already have a handler, overwriting.ā€ Using version 1.1.0

This what I am seeing.

Ok, got it figured out. I had to delete ā€œ~/Application Support/Plexampā€ directory and then re-install.

@chagar, not sure if it will help you, but on the PC I don’t need to uninstall reinstall. I just delete that folder from time to time when I get the blank screen. It just asks me to associate the player again and I’m all set. May save you a couple of minutes in the future if it works the same way on the Mac.

OK, I got it to work but Artist radio is not working. I go to the Artist page and click on the Radio Icon and it creates a play queue of just one song. Looking through these forums I have tried all of the suggestions. I’ve last.fm scrobbling turned on. I’ve got everything analyzed. A get info of different music tracks shows Loudness set. I am at a loss what else to try. I am seeing the same behavior in both Plexamp and the Android client. This is the one feature that I need to fully move to using Plex for my music :frowning:

I am confused how artist radio is supposed to work… I found an artist with one other related artist. So when I click on the radio icon it put 2 songs in the queue, one for each artist. So we only get a single song per artist. Doesn’t seem particularly useful to me.
