Plexamp blanks out on play

image

I’m running pleaxamp on Centos 8 and Fedora 32 and when I start it up, I can login and see my library. But once I click play, the screen blanks out.

Here is the output from the command line:

Started Media Service: false
Linux: Registering MPRIS service.

blank screen implies a player crash.

OK, Is there any thing that I can report that can get this fixed?
I used an older version 1.x forever and it worked, then I upgraded, and now it fails.
If I could grab an older version and use that I would.

Probably https://plexamp.plex.tv/plexamp.plex.tv/plexamp-1.1.0-x86_64.AppImage

People are running it successfully on some distributions, but it’s hard to keep track of everyone across all of them so you might want to have a look around these forums and see if people have reported a similar issue
