Well, your lead led me to what is happening but I don’t know how to fix it. The actual order it plays in Plex is in the actual DVD order and it is labeling them in the actual airing date order. If not, I will delete and re-rip them and add them back.

No need to do that, Just remove the files from your directory, scan the library then empty trash. Move them back into the directory and rescan. (Known as the Plex Shuffle)
