Plex and HDHomeRun web interface "tuner in-use" status does not match

I recently setup a HDHomeRun FLEX 4K on my PMS and it works great. The only issue I seem to be having is when multiple people in my Plex Home are watching the same channel, the “Live TV & DVR” section of Settings shows a red dot for each person viewing, indicating that each stream is using an individual tuner allocation, however when I navigate to the web interface for the HDHomeRun device, it indicates that only one tuner is being used, not multiple.

This issue persists across each and every channel.
