PLEX and NVIDIA when will we get access to the PMS folder?

Guys l’m going to be be abundantly clear about something. It is not “broken” it is just some the server on the shield can’t do. like the Plex Cloud server can’t do mobile sync.

Do we want to add the feature? = yes, but is not as easy as y’all appear to believe it is. else it would have been available from the start.

Are we going to give you an ETA? = no, we don’t provide ETA’s for anything

Plex Cloud can’t do sync because Plex Inc decided not to turn it on, probably to save on cloud computing costs. Nothing to do with “can’t”.

And if the platform was going to be limited, they should have been made clear from the start. Instead Plex Inc decided to advertise it like the new sliced bread.

At this point I don’t think anyone is waiting for an ETA on this, we all lost hope and don’t believe the empty promises anymore.

All due respect. Thanks for showing up though, I appreciate that.

Amen. Plex is like most tech companies. Over promise and under deliver.

that still doesn’t mean “broken”. my car isn’t broken because it doesn’t have as many doors as another

You mean like in the long limitations article about it which was available the day it was released?

No … Plex is worse then most tech companies: they are overpromising, underdelivering, ignoring their users, leaving bugs unfixed AND are snappish about it.

Bottom line: worst user experience ever

Agreed
