Player Version#: 2.01 (Ps4)
I have followed all the trouble shooting guidelines , reinstalled on both ps4 & mac, changed user, everything i can think of and although plex logs in to my ps4 and can see the server name etc it just keeps saying server unavailable or offline… i have no idea how to fix it , have even said to plex web app what IP my PS4 is using, can anyone help its driving me mad! i have no VPNs, nothing blocking the connection and my media can be seen on the web app and on iOS just not Ps4
