Hi, hoping somebody can help me out with this but I’ve been pulling my hair out with it.
I host a Plex Media Server with Plex Pass enabled.
I host two music libraries - one for myself and one for my wife.
My wife has a separate plex account, of which she has been invited into the “home” and has the libraries shared with her. She also has a Plex Pass account enabled.
I also have a Tidal family plan. My tidal account is linked to MY Plex account and my wife’s tidal account is linked to her Plex account.
When signing into my Plex account, I see the separate TIDAL section and can browse and play tracks from there fine. I also have the library augmented and can see the Tidal albums appear in the gaps in my library collection - all great!
But when my wife logs into her Plex account, she can see the TIDAL section fine, but CANNOT see the library augmented? When viewing the music content from the PMS there is no TIDAL suggestions etc. Is this normal behaviour or is this some form of bug?
Really hoping it’s something I have done and somebody can help with this!
