I’m at a loss right now and extremely disappointed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I just bought a lifetime Plexpass in order to have our local music library integrated with our Tidal accounts.
My wife’s Plex account, which is linked to her own Tidal subscription, is joined to the server’s plex home. (my user also has its own linked Tidal subscription)
Now I noticed that none of the Tidal integration features, except for accessing the Tidal library directly, seem to work for my wife’s user.
On the artists’ pages, no albums on Tidal, no discovery radio, etc.
I researched and found a thread from 2019 stating that this was not YET possible for managed users.
But my wife’s user is a full plex.tv user who is part of the plex home.
So still this doesn’t work, even though it’s not a managed user and she has her own Tidal subscription?
Is this really the case or am I missing something?
