Hello,
I have an existing Tidal account. I have successfully linked my account, although the instructions for doing so were virtually non-existent. I receive an email saying “Hurray! You’ve linked TIDAL and Plex!”. I click the “Launch Tidal in Plex” button in the email, and after a few seconds of thinking the app returns “You must be lost”. I also don’t see anything about Tidal at all in Plex.
Any ideas?

Is “Music” activated on this page? https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/online-media-sources
If not, activate it.
Log out from your client (or switch to a different user of your Plex Home) and back in.

I can get to the Tidal screens now, but it still doesn’t think my Tidal account is linked.

Please try again, in this order:
- UNlink your Tidal account from your Plex account, here https://plex.tv/users/other-services
- disable the “Music” source here: https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/online-media-sources
- close your Plex client app
- wait 10 minutes
- re-enable the “Music” source
- Wait 2 minutes
- re-link your Tidal account to your Plex account
- re-start your Plex client/app (it might help to sign out from your Plex account on the app and sign in later)
