Plex + Tidal not working

I’ve signed up for Tidal through Plex and it was working fine for months but now Plex doesn’t recognize that I have a Tidal account. My account has me as a Plex and Tidal subscriber but all I’m able to do is preview Tidal songs.

Have you tried relinking your Tidal account at https://plex.tv/users/other-services?

I’m having the same problem. I just (re)signed up and I have a linked account but when I go to the tidal section on Plex I get " There was an unexpected error loading this library

Seems to have started working. Perhaps it just needed time?

I have linked and unlinked my account and reminded my account. However, my Tidal is not working at this time. All I get is preview of songs. Please advise on anything I can do it get Tidal to work would be great.

I have the same issue running on ubuntu 18.04. Does this have anything to do with a recent update?

I have the same issue. I am a PLex + TIDAL Premium subscriber, but my TIDAL subscription is not recognized by plex on the server or client on any device. I’ve tried reauthorizing and reinstalling the app on my phone. nothing works.

As I switched to bill Tidal through Plex, my access to Tidal disappeared. I’ve tried several times to re-link Tidal to Plex but without success.

I have been happily using Plex + Tidal for nearly a year now, but as of yesterday Plex does not appear to be able to see my Tidal account. I have a separate subscription to Tidal as I wanted to have a Family account, which was not available via the Plex+Tidal offer. Playing Tidal either via the Android app or Windows works perfectly.

If I try to access Tidal on my Plex app or via the Plex browser on Windows I just get a Tidal preview when I try to view Tidal.

I have unlinked my Tidal and re-linked it, but without any success. This looks like an issue between Plex and Tidal. I’m hoping someone from Plex will see this and be able to investigate it for me.

Could it be because, at the same time I switched to a bundled Plex Pass+Tidal premium, I enabled a guest user in Plex while my Tidal premium subscription is, if I remember correctly, only for a single user ? After that, I deleted the guest user, but the problem is still there.

Plex+ Tidal does not work at all since I added Plex as the bill handler. I can still use my Tidal on all other platforms natively. Come on guys any help here.

After my last un-linking and re-linking of Tidal to Plex, stopping and re-starting the server, disconnecting and re-connecting the web client, I could have access to Tidal. I don’t know why but it works now

I am now able to connect with my Tidal account again. From what I can see on the Plex support pages there was an issue with their Tidal API not recognising their ID so no Plex account could connect. It was sorted last night, although I couldn’t connect again till this morning.

I had to unlink my Tidal account then re-authorize it. After I did that My Tidal was back.

There was an issue with TIDAL blocking Plex’s API requests. That was sorted out yesterday, but it appears that some of us had to re-link our accounts to get it working again. I imagine that’s what actually finally did it for you.

No you don’t. Your account is fine. Just unlink and relink Tidal from https://plex.tv/users/other-services.
