I cannot login to my server on a Synology NAS using the Plex Android App. I can, however, login from the same Android device using a web browser and specifying the correct IP:port-number. Not only can I login using the browser, I can also play music in the browser. This demonstrates that port-forwarding is configured correctly and the server is working as it should.
Why can’t I login using the app?
