"Plex for Android" app unable to play any music

Hi Everyone,
I recently had the “Plex for Android” app installed on a friend’s phone with access to my PMS Music library. The issue is, whenever he (my friend) plays a track, or an album, the app plays every song for like a split second before passing to the next one doing the same, endlessly.

Personally I use Plexamp for Music, thus I haven’t any issue, I think I never used the regular Android app for Music, so I don’t have the slightest idea on how to solve this.
I already tried to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times on my friend’s phone, and even allowed download, but the problem persists.
