When casting from my android device I see all castable connection, I can cast to a device which plays without issue. What i then see however is that the android app loses the current running media and when i click on the cast button no devices are shown.
This seems to have started occurring about 1 month ago (around the time of the major overhaul to Plex) prior to that it worked perfectly. It is only fixed by exiting the plex app and then going back in where the same events will occur as above
whilst the above is occurring other applications (Netflix, BBC IPlayer etc…) will all cast, stay connected and continue to show all castable devices. So i don’t think its phone specific rather the Plex application. anyone else fixed this or experienced the same?
