Plex Android-PS4 without a PC, is it possible?

Hello, I only have an Android Phone and a PS4, I want to stream a .mkv file I have on my phone to my PS4 but I apparently need Plex Media Server which is only available on PC.
Is there another way to stream file from my phone to my PS4?

(I have to use Plex because it’s the only way I found to read my .mkv files with sound)

No. The PS4 itself does not have any type of casting ability. With Plex, you need Plex Media Server to act as a man-in-the-middle to allow casting from your phone.
