I see this ALL the time and it is maddening. The Android app will give the impression that the app is attempting to perform downloads/synchronize content by way of an Android notification.
The thing is, there is no content to download. This happens multiple times throughout the day randomly, and even when I swipe it away to dismiss it, it’ll reappear.
