I’ve recently added over 100 titles to my Plex server that I downloaded. For some reason, only these new titles are causing my app to crash on Android TV and Fire TV. The files play fine in VLC on my PC, also they play fine on my server (hosted on a Synology NAS) and through the web player. They also play on my Android mobile app. It’s only on the Android TV and Fire TV that the apps are crashing every time I try to play a title.
I’ve tried to delete the data on the apps, uninstall and reinstall, reboot the devices, everything and nothing works. I click on one of these new titles and all I get is the spinner briefly, then it stops and then the app simply restarts.
This is going to cause these apps to be rather useless to me if they won’t play my content! HELP!!
App version on my Android TV and Fire TV is 9.15.0.38159 (c85b2f1b).
Server version is 1.30.2.6563 - these titles play fine directly on my server and in the web player.
Adding some logs I just got when attempting to play the new Aladdin movie file. Logs show where the app restarts but it’s unclear to me why it’s crashing. Can someone please take a look and help??
