PLEX app cause ROKU to crash when exiting out of a PLEX playlist

Lately the PLEX app loaded on ROKU cause ROKU to crash when exiting out of any playlist stored in PLEX. When exiting out I mean to go back all the way to the ROKU home screen by pushing the ‘HOME’ button on the remote. Im using a HARMONY ELITE remote rather than the ROKU remote. The only way to get back and enjoy my TV is to reboot ROKU.

ROKU model 4640x-ROKU ULTRA. Version 9.4.0 build 4200-29
PLEX APP version 6.7 build 15
HARMONY ELITE remote and Hub version 4.15.280

My playlists are stored on a desktop that is running:
Plex Web version 4.51.3
Plex Media Server Version 1.21.4.4.4079

Please advise.
