I have some video files that keep crashing the roku app and causing it to shut down when I attempt to play the files. They play fine on the desktop app and other files play fine on the Roku app. I cannot access the local logs but have enabled remote logging with my last attempt to play them being 9/14/2025 08:20. Is there something I can do to fix this?
