Well, seems like my assumption, that the issue only arises when media is casted from other device, was wrong.
Yesterday I was listening to classical music piece(1:14:29 length). After the track was over, next one in album was played automatically. After listening for some time, I noticed Plex interface was unresponsive when I wanted to pause track, but music kept playing just like I described in first post.
Checked logs - same situation, TV was flooding Plex server with requests which caused Plex app unresponsiveness. I attached logs below from the part when previous track was playing, ended and next track started. You can notice that before next track was played, there was 1 POST request per second. With next track, requests increased and kept increasing for 3 minutes until server dropped player.
