Hello, for about a month now I have been unable to view Plex content on my 2022 Samsung Frame TV using the Plex App. The content will load a black screen, with a seekbar, but no picture - it will then throw an error “Playback Error - An Unexpected playback problem occurred”. This content is Direct Playing on video and audio.
I had used this successfully for over a year, and it has just stopped working. this is a main TV in my house, and I need some guidance on how to get this working.
I have tried:
“re-installing” plex
deleting the application, redownloading, re-signing in.
I have tried allowing insecure connections. The server is on the same network as this TV.
On the plex dash, it even says my content is playing, and the connection is secure - until the error ends the stream.
