I recently got the latest and greatest Fire TV stick. Downloaded the plex app and it sees my libraries, but none of my media is able to be played. I keep getting the same error, “Failed to Determine Decision for Content”. What is this? How do I fix it? I tried resetting everything, uninstall the app and reinstall, etc. Nothing works. Any help would be great as I love the app in general.
The fact that we can’t email the developers with issues is an aggregation for me in these instances.
as in a Vega OS device by Amazon (e.g. Fire TV Stick 4K Select)? That platform seems to be more limiting to 3rd party apps than older / lower-powered sticks (see known issues / restrictions in the release announcement):
